MANAGE THE END-TO-END DELIVERY OF CLIENT PROJECTS, FROM KICKOFF TO COMPLETION.
OVERSEE PROJECT TIMELINES, SCOPE, EXPECTATIONS, AND RISK MITIGATION TO ENSURE SMOOTH EXECUTION.
LEAD WEEKLY STATUS MEETINGS AND HANDLE ALL PROJECT-RELATED COMMUNICATION AND APPROVALS.
COORDINATE INTERNAL EXECUTION TEAMS BY PROVIDING CLEAR BRIEFS, CONTEXT, AND REQUIREMENTS.
REVIEW ALL DELIVERABLES TO ENSURE ACCURACY, CLARITY, AND QUALITY BEFORE SENDING TO CLIENTS.
DELIVER MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY PERFORMANCE REPORTS AND HIGHLIGHT INSIGHTS OR NEXT STEPS.
IDENTIFY POTENTIAL RISKS, BLOCKERS, OR CLIENT CONCERNS EARLY AND RESOLVE/ESCALATE AS NEEDED.
COLLABORATE WITH THE SALES/ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE TEAM ON ACCOUNT HEALTH AND GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES.
ENSURE HIGH LEVELS OF CLIENT SATISFACTION THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE SERVICE LIFECYCLE.
