1. COMMERCIAL BIDDING: ANSWER TO COMMERCIAL BIDS, AND DEVELOP BIDDING DOCUMENTS.
2. COMMERCIAL NEGOTIATION: PARTICIPATE IN CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS, IDENTIFY CONTRACT RISKS AND TAKE MEASURES TO ENSURE CONTRACT QUALITY BASED ON NEGOTIATION OBJECTIVES AND STRATEGIES.
3. SALES DECISION-MAKING TEAM OPERATION AND DECISION-MAKING SUPPORT: ASSIST SALES DECISION-MAKING TEAM IN MANAGING SALES AUTHORIZATION, STANDARDIZE SALES DECISION MAKING OPERATIONS, AND PROVIDE DECISION MAKING SUPPORT COMMENTS.
4. COMPREHENSIVE COMMERCIAL ANALYSIS: COLLECT AND ANALYZE COMMERCIAL MATERIALS SUCH AS LOCAL COMMERCIAL ENVIRONMENT INFORMATION, CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS INFORMATION AND INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT INFORMATION AND DEVELOP AND OPTIMIZE LOCAL COMMERCIAL SOLUTIONS.
5. INTERNAL CONTROL MANAGEMENT: MANAGE MANAGEMENT AUTHORIZATION AND EXECUTION & MANAGEMENT CONTRACT LIFECYCLE PROCESS RISKS UNDER ENTERPRISE BUSINESS CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT MANAGEMENTPROCESS, AND SUPPORT RAPID AND HEALTHY BUSINESS GROWTH BY OPTIMIZING TRANSACTION FLOW POLICIES AND PROCESSES.
6. CONTRACT MANAGEMENT: MANAGE THE OVERALL TRANSACTION QUALITY OF LOCAL COMPANY, ANALYZE THE TRANSACTION FROM THE DIMENSIONS OF PROFITABILITY AND RISKS, AND IMPROVE THE TRANSACTION QUALITY BASED ON TOP ISSUES.
