ROLE DESCRIPTION


THIS IS A FULL-TIME ON-SITE ROLE FOR A CUSTOMER RELATION POSITION BASED IN SOUTH JAKARTA. THE ROLE INVOLVES MANAGING AND MAINTAINING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE THEIR SATISFACTION AND LOYALTY. DAY-TO-DAY TASKS INCLUDE ADDRESSING CUSTOMER INQUIRIES, RESOLVING ISSUES, AND PROVIDING EXCELLENT SUPPORT TO ENHANCE THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
