JOIN US AS A GERMAN & ENGLISH-SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT AND SUPPORT A GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY PRODUCT COMPANY.
AS A GERMAN & ENGLISH-SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDLING PRE-SALES AND AFTER-SALES CUSTOMER INQUIRIES. YOU WILL ENSURE TIMELY RESPONSES, HIGH SERVICE QUALITY, AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN LINE WITH AGREED SLAS AND KPIS.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
HANDLE CUSTOMER INQUIRIES IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH.
PROVIDE PRE-SALES AND AFTER-SALES CUSTOMER SUPPORT PROFESSIONALLY AND ACCURATELY.
ENSURE RESPONSE TIME AND SERVICE QUALITY MEET SLA AND KPI STANDARDS.
DOCUMENT AND UPDATE CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS CLEARLY AND ACCURATELY.
COORDINATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO RESOLVE CUSTOMER ISSUES EFFECTIVELY.
MAINTAIN HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THROUGH CLEAR AND COURTEOUS COMMUNICATION.
QUALIFICATIONS:
FLUENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH (WRITTEN AND VERBAL).
MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR A RELATED FIELD.
CUSTOMER-ORIENTED MINDSET WITH STRONG COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH SERVICE TARGETS, KPIS, AND SLAS.
WILLING TO WORK ON A SHIFTING SCHEDULE ALIGNED WITH EUROPEAN TIME ZONES.
ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION.
QUICK TO ADAPT TO NEW SYSTEMS AND APPLICATIONS IN A DYNAMIC WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
