JOB DESCRIPTION:
- HANDLE CUSTOMER INQUIRIES, REQUESTS, AND COMPLAINTS VIA PHONE, EMAIL, CHAT, OR OTHER COMMUNICATION CHANNELS USING MANDARIN AND INDONESIAN.
- PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION REGARDING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
- MAINTAIN GOOD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND LOYALTY.
- HANDLE INVOICING AND PRE-ORDER OPERATIONS NEEDS.
- COORDINATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS (SALES, OPERATIONS, OR OTHER DEPARTMENTS) TO RESOLVE CUSTOMER ISSUES.
- HANDLE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS EFFICIENTLY, POLITELY, AND WITH A SOLUTION-ORIENTED APPROACH.
- ASSIST WITH ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS RELATED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN NEEDED.
