Build and maintain relationships with key partners, marketplaces, and vendors</p><p><br></p><p>Explore expansion into new sales channels (B2B, international e-commerce, marketplaces, etc.).</p><p><br></p><p>Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and sales.</p><p><br></p><p>Optimize e-commerce performance on platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, and Tokopedia.</p><p><br></p><p>Manage and track online campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to improve ROAS.</p><p><br></p><p>Implement SEO and content marketing strategies to boost organic visibility.</p><p><br></p><p>Monitor and analyze customer behavior, website traffic, and conversion rates.</p><p><br></p><p>Work closely with the sales team to align online and offline marketing strategies.</p><p><br></p><p>Leverage CRM and email marketing to improve customer retention and repeat purchases.</p><p><br></p><p>Enhance brand visibility through digital content and marketplace or PR initiatives. Improve customer experience across all digital touchpoints.</p><p><br></p><p>Track and report KPIs such as sales performance, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates.</p><p><br></p><p>Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Shopify reports to make data-driven decisions.</p><p><br></p><p>Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize business performance.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>2+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or e-commerce.</p><p><br></p><p>Strong knowledge of digital marketing, online sales, and customer acquisition strategies.</p><p><br></p><p>Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc.).</p><p><br></p><p>Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, data reporting, and performance tracking.</p><p><br></p><p>Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and drive strategic initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>Preferred Experience:</p><p><br></p><p>Experience in luxury, fashion, or jewelry industries is a plus.</p><p><br></p><p>Understanding of international e-commerce and cross-border logistics.</p>
