THIS ROLE PROVIDES HIGH-LEVEL STRATEGIC INSIGHT, DRIVES ENTERPRISE-WIDE PERFORMANCE ALIGNMENT, OVERSEES CRITICAL PROJECT GOVERNANCE, AND ADVISES TOP MANAGEMENT TO ENSURE SUSTAINABLE GROWTH AND OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE.

FORMULATE THE 35 YEAR CORPORATE STRATEGY ROADMAP AND SECURE ALIGNMENT WITH TOP MANAGEMENT AND KEY STAKEHOLDERS.
EVALUATE MARKET LANDSCAPES, COMPETITIVE POSITIONING, AND NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, INCLUDING PARTNERSHIPS AND POTENTIAL M&A.
LEAD ENTERPRISE-WIDE KPI FORMULATION, PERFORMANCE MONITORING, AND QUARTERLY/ANNUAL BUSINESS REVIEW PROCESSES.
OVERSEE DEVELOPMENT OF FINANCIAL MODELS, FEASIBILITY ASSESSMENTS, AND STRATEGIC ANALYSES TO SUPPORT MAJOR INITIATIVES.
GOVERN PMO OPERATIONS, ENSURE ADHERENCE TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT STANDARDS, AND MONITOR THE EXECUTION OF STRATEGIC PROGRAMS.
DRIVE CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ALIGNMENT BY COORDINATING CLOSELY WITH FINANCE, HUMAN CAPITAL, BPI, IT, AND OTHER STRATEGIC UNITS.
DELIVER EXECUTIVE-LEVEL PRESENTATIONS, DASHBOARDS, AND STRATEGIC REPORTS FOR BOARD AND MANAGEMENT REVIEW.
PROVIDE STRATEGIC COUNSEL TO TOP MANAGEMENT AND RECOMMEND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS TO ADDRESS PERFORMANCE OR EXECUTION GAPS.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS, MANAGEMENT, ECONOMICS, OR A RELEVANT DISCIPLINE.
MINIMUM 4 YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE EXPERIENCE IN CORPORATE STRATEGY, PMO, BUSINESS PLANNING, OR RELATED STRATEGIC FUNCTIONS.
DEMONSTRATED EXPERTISE IN STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT, MARKET INTELLIGENCE, AND COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS.
STRONG COMMAND OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES AND ENTERPRISE PMO GOVERNANCE.
PROVEN ABILITY IN KPI ARCHITECTURE, PERFORMANCE EVALUATION, AND DATA-DRIVEN DECISION FRAMEWORKS.
ADVANCED CAPABILITY IN FINANCIAL MODELLING, ANALYTICAL REASONING, AND BUSINESS CASE DEVELOPMENT.
