- MANAGE GENERAL AFFAIRS OPERATIONS, INCLUDING OFFICE AND SITE FACILITIES, ACCOMMODATION, TRANSPORTATION, SECURITY, HOUSEKEEPING, ASSET MANAGEMENT, AND VENDOR COORDINATION.
- OVERSEE MANPOWER PLANNING: WORKFORCE FORECASTING, SHIFT PLANNING, INTERNAL TRANSFERS, PROMOTIONS, INTERNAL MOBILITY, AND EXIT PROCEDURES.
- ENSURE FULL COMPLIANCE WITH LABOR LAWS, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY (K3), ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS, INTERNAL POLICIES, AND GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS.
- COORDINATE WITH GOVERNMENT BODIES RELATED TO MANPOWER, SAFETY, LICENSING, INSPECTIONS, AND AUDITS.
- DESIGN, MAINTAIN, AND UPDATE HR POLICIES, GA SOPS, EMPLOYEE HANDBOOKS, JOB DESCRIPTIONS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES.
- IMPLEMENT AND MONITOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS (TECHNICAL SKILLS, SAFETY, ENGLISH, CUSTOMER SERVICE), INCLUDING EVALUATION OF TRAINING EFFECTIVENESS.
- HANDLE EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MATTERS SUCH AS GRIEVANCES, DISCIPLINARY CASES, PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PLANS, AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION.
- OVERSEE HR & GA ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS, INCLUDING EMPLOYEE RECORDS, CONTRACTS, PAYROLL COORDINATION, LEAVE MANAGEMENT, ASSET DOCUMENTATION, AND COMPLIANCE REPORTING.
- MONITOR AND ANALYZE HR METRICS (TURNOVER, ABSENTEEISM, ENGAGEMENT, TRAINING HOURS) AND GA PERFORMANCE INDICATORS, AND PRESENT REPORTS TO MANAGEMENT.
- SUPPORT MANAGEMENT IN FOSTERING A POSITIVE WORKPLACE CULTURE, HIGH EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT, EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION, AND CROSS-DEPARTMENT COLLABORATION.
