IT BUSINESS SYSTEM SUPERVISOR

<ol><li>Manage and administer&nbsp;<strong>ERP, HRIS, Groupware and Homepage</strong>&nbsp;platforms, ensuring system stability, accuracy, and security.</li><li>Coordinate&nbsp;<strong>business&nbsp;process&nbsp;analysis and improvement projects</strong>, aligning technology solutions with company objectives.</li><li>Develop and maintain&nbsp;<strong>data integration</strong>&nbsp;between ERP, HRIS, and other enterprise systems.</li><li>Implement and monitor&nbsp;<strong>ITGC policies</strong>&nbsp;to ensure compliance with corporate audit and control standards.</li><li>Collaborate with business units to define&nbsp;<strong>functional requirements</strong>&nbsp;and oversee system enhancements or upgrades.</li><li><strong>Lead AI/ML development initiatives</strong>, from data preparation to model training and deployment for operational and business insights.</li><li>Support&nbsp;<strong>reporting and analytics initiatives</strong>&nbsp;using Power BI or similar visualization tools.</li><li>Provide&nbsp;<strong>user training and technical documentation</strong>&nbsp;for system updates and new features.</li><li>Work closely with internal and external auditors to maintain&nbsp;<strong>IT compliance and governance.</strong></li></ol><p><br></p>
