LEGAL COUNSEL

<ol><li>Providing legal service and support to Indonesia subsidiary office.</li><li>Drafting, reviewing, participating and provide legal advice in the bidding, negotiation of contracts and other legal documents at least for two account.</li><li>Providing legal advice and legal risk control for the operation of company including in consumer business, cloud business and coordinating or liaising with customer or relevant stake holders for any legal matter as required.</li><li>Legal research and providing legal training to other departments within company.</li><li>To manage business license application and familiar with OSS and other government license system.</li></ol>
