UPDATE AND MANAGE MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, AND ANNUAL MARKETING CALENDARS TO ENSURE TIMELY EXECUTION OF ALL ACTIVITIES.
- 3. CRM MANAGEMENT
MAINTAIN CUSTOMER DATABASES, UPDATE CONTACT RECORDS, SEGMENT AUDIENCES, AND SUPPORT SCHEDULED E-NEWSLETTER DISTRIBUTIONS.
- 4. SALES CAMPAIGN EXECUTION
EXECUTE BERTH SALES CAMPAIGNS AND OTHER PRODUCT PROMOTIONS IN ALIGNMENT WITH SALES TARGETS AND COMMERCIAL OBJECTIVES.
- 5. BRAND MANAGEMENT
ENSURE ALL MARKETING MATERIALS COMPLY WITH BRAND GUIDELINES AND MAINTAIN CONSISTENT MESSAGING ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS.
6. CONTENT MANAGEMENT OVERSIGHT
PLAN, MANAGE, AND OVERSEE CONTENT PIPELINES FOR WEBSITES, SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS, NEWSLETTERS, AND SALES MATERIALS.
7. MARKETING COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATION
ENSURE ALL MARKETING MATERIALS ADHERE TO COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING TERMS & CONDITIONS, COPYRIGHT, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY USAGE, WITH PROPER DOCUMENTATION AND APPROVALS.
8. EVENTS & COMMUNITY SUPPORT
SUPPORT THE PLANNING AND EXECUTION OF COMMUNITY EVENTS, MARINA TOURS, FAMILIARIZATION TRIPS (FAM TRIPS), MEDIA VISITS, AND CORPORATE EVENTS, INCLUDING PREPARATION OF MATERIALS AND COORDINATION ON-SITE.
9. PUBLIC RELEASES & MEDIA MONITORING
PREPARE PRESS RELEASES, COORDINATE MEDIA OUTREACH, AND MONITOR PUBLISHED MEDIA COVERAGE.
10. MARKETING PROJECT TRACKING
MANAGE AND UPDATE MARKETING PROJECT TRACKERS, ENSURING TASKS, DEADLINES, DELIVERABLES, AND CUT-OFF DATES ARE WELL MONITORED AND EXECUTED ON TIME.
11. MARKETING INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
TRACK AND MANAGE INVENTORIES OF BROCHURES, GIFTS, SOUVENIRS, AND OTHER MARKETING COLLATERAL.
