CONDUCTING THE GENERAL DIAGNOSTIC AND TROUBLESHOOTING FUNCTIONS.
ASSISTING IN SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE.
COMMUNICATING WITH OTHER DIVISIONS TO ANALYZE THE OUTSTANDING ISSUE AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS.
PERFORMING STANDARD REPAIRS.
ANALYZING THE FAILURES ACCORDING TO THE ESTABLISHED PROCEDURES AND TAKING THE APPROPRIATE ACTION.
CREATE WEEKLY REPORTS AND SUMMARIES OF OUTSTANDING ISSUES FOR CLIENTS AND MANAGEMENT.
COORDINATING MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE TO CLIENTS AND RELATED PARTIES.
HANDLING CLIENT COMPLAIN.
