PRODUCTION SHIFT SUPERVISOR

<p>- Develop, implement production schedules and estimate labor hour requirements for completion of work task</p><p>- Inspect product to verify conformance to specifications and direct machine setup and adjustments</p><p>- Interpret work orders to employees</p><p>- Coordinate production activities with other production supervisors, procurement, maintenance, warehouse, and quality departments through active communication to achieve and maintain results</p><p>- Ensure that all employees are properly trained and that responsibilities are defined and understood</p><p>- Provide regular performance feedback;&nbsp;</p><p>- Responsible for all disciplinary actions up to and including termination of employment.</p><p>- Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules</p><p>- Observe safety of work area, employees, and first responders for all workplace accidents</p><p>- Demonstrate commitment to food safety and continuous improvement</p>
