PROJECT FINANCIAL SPECIALIST (PFC)

<p>I. Achievement of project operation targets:</p><ol><li>Execute the Manage Carrier Business Finance process, assist the PM in releasing the DR1/DR2 budgets for delivery projects, and take responsibility for routine forecasting and operational reviews as well as project final accounting at DR4 upon project closure.</li><li>Manage project accounting data, understand project reporting data, and provide project financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Manage project revenue, cost and expense, inventory, and AR. Monitor the health status of each item through forecasting.</li><li>Manage project risks and assumptions, and track project budget and rolling forecast execution to effectively manage project operation risks.</li></ol><p>II. Project operation risk management:</p><ol><li>Promote and implement corporate financial policies and processes and provide relevant training to ensure that project teams comply with laws and regulations during project operations.</li><li>Standardize project team operations so that they are compliant with laws and regulations. Effectively manage external compliance risks relating to taxation, funds, audits, and fines.</li></ol><p>III. Project financial support:</p><ol><li>Act as the financial partner of project teams and cooperate with the project manager to resolve project financial issues.</li><li>Act as the financial partner of project teams and help solve problems relating to cash advance management, reimbursement, supplier payment, and money advanced to support the operations of project teams.</li></ol>
