PROJECT MANAGER - INDUSTRIAL PROJECT
POSITION OVERVIEW:
WE ARE SEEKING A DYNAMIC AND EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER TO OVERSEE OUR LOGISTICS OPERATIONS AT OUR BENETE, SUMBAWA SITE. THIS IMPLANT POSITION REQUIRES A PROACTIVE LEADER WHO CAN ENSURE THE DELIVERY OF EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE WHILE OPTIMIZING FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE AND MANAGING STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIPS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
LOGISTICS OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT: PLAN AND ENSURE DAILY LOGISTICS OPERATIONS TO MEET AGREED CUSTOMER SERVICE, QUALITY, AND FINANCIAL OBJECTIVES.
BUDGET DEVELOPMENT: DEVELOP AND MANAGE OPERATING BUDGETS AND PLANS AIMED AT OPTIMIZING THE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF THE PROJECT.
RESOURCE IMPLEMENTATION: ENSURE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SYSTEMS THAT PROVIDE ADEQUATE HUMAN RESOURCES, MATERIALS, AND LOGISTICS INFRASTRUCTURE NECESSARY FOR DELIVERING HIGH-QUALITY LOGISTICS SERVICES.
CAPACITY ADJUSTMENT: ADJUST OPERATIONAL CAPACITIES IN RESPONSE TO CHANGES AND GROWTH IN BUSINESS VOLUMES AND OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS TO DELIVER LOGISTICS SERVICES PROFITABLY.
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN A RELEVANT FIELD.
EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRIAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT OR HEAVY TRANSPORTATION.
SKILLS:
PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH (BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN).
STRONG BACKGROUND IN INDUSTRIAL PROJECT SHIPMENT MANAGEMENT.
SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF BUSINESS PROCESSES.
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
