JOB SUMMARY

THE SALES EXECUTIVE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROMOTING AND SELLING RESIDENTIAL AND/OR COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES TO POTENTIAL CLIENTS. THIS ROLE INVOLVES BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, UNDERSTANDING CUSTOMER NEEDS, AND PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL ADVICE ON PROPERTY OPTIONS TO ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS AND CONTRIBUTE TO COMPANY GROWTH.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


IDENTIFY AND APPROACH POTENTIAL CLIENTS THROUGH NETWORKING, MARKETING CAMPAIGNS, AND REFERRALS.
CONDUCT PROPERTY TOURS AND PRESENTATIONS TO PROSPECTIVE BUYERS OR TENANTS.
MAINTAIN UP-TO-DATE KNOWLEDGE OF MARKET TRENDS, PROPERTY VALUES, AND COMPETITORS.
NEGOTIATE OFFERS AND CLOSE PROPERTY SALES OR LEASING DEALS IN LINE WITH COMPANY OBJECTIVES.
FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE SATISFACTION AND BUILD LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS.
COLLABORATE WITH MARKETING AND ADMIN TEAMS TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE PROMOTION OF PROPERTY LISTINGS.
PREPARE SALES CONTRACTS, PROPOSALS, AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION.
MEET OR EXCEED MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY SALES TARGETS.
REPRESENT THE COMPANY PROFESSIONALLY AT PROPERTY EXHIBITIONS, EVENTS, AND MEETINGS.
PROVIDE TIMELY REPORTS AND UPDATES ON SALES ACTIVITIES AND PERFORMANCE.
