JOB DESCRIPTION:

THIS IS A FULL-TIME HYBRID POSITION FOR A SALES EXECUTIVE BASED IN BANDUNG, INDONESIA. THE SALES EXECUTIVE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IDENTIFYING AND PURSUING NEW SALES OPPORTUNITIES, BUILDING AND MAINTAINING LONG-TERM CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, AND ACHIEVING SALES TARGETS ACROSS ALL ALTIMA GROUP BRANDS.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE DEVELOPING NETWORKS WITHIN THE CORPORATE SECTOR, EVENT ORGANIZERS, HOTELS, AND OTHER BUSINESS COMMUNITIES; INITIATING PARTNERSHIPS AND COLLABORATIONS; CONDUCTING MARKET RESEARCH; PREPARING SALES REPORTS; AND COLLABORATING WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO ENSURE OPTIMAL CLIENT SATISFACTION. THE SALES EXECUTIVE IS EXPECTED TO BE PROACTIVE, WILLING TO WORK IN A MOBILE CAPACITY, AND CONFIDENT IN DEVELOPING BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

QUALIFICATIONS:

MINIMUM EDUCATION OF DIPLOMA (D3) OR BACHELOR'S DEGREE (S1) IN MARKETING, BUSINESS, COMMUNICATION, OR A RELATED FIELD
AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR POSITION (EXPERIENCE IN THE F&B OR HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY IS A PLUS)
STRONG NETWORK WITHIN THE CORPORATE SECTOR, EVENT ORGANIZERS, HOTELS, OR OTHER BUSINESS COMMUNITIES
EXPERIENCE IN BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS AND MANAGING BUSINESS CLIENTS
STRONG SALES AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS WITH A PROVEN ABILITY TO ACHIEVE TARGETS
CONFIDENT, COMMUNICATIVE, AND POSSESSING STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
PROACTIVE IN SEEKING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND BUILDING LONG-TERM CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
