THE POSITION IN A NUTSHELL

LEAD DIGITAL AND ECOMMERCE-DRIVEN GROWTH FOR INDOSAT'S CORE TELCO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING PREPAID, POSTPAID, AND FWA, WITH A STRONG FOCUS ON CUSTOMER ACQUISITION AND REVENUE GENERATION IN INDONESIA'S DIGITAL MARKET.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

INDOSAT OOREDOO HUTCHISON IS SEEKING A SEASONED VP, HEAD OF DIGITAL COMMERCE TO LEAD DIGITAL-LED COMMERCIAL GROWTH ACROSS INDONESIA. THIS ROLE IS PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR DRIVING CUSTOMER ACQUISITION AND REVENUE FOR CORE TELCO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING PREPAID, POSTPAID, AND FIXED WIRELESS ACCESS (FWA), THROUGH DIGITAL AND ECOMMERCE CHANNELS. THE ROLE WILL OVERSEE DIGITAL SALES STRATEGY, PERFORMANCE MARKETING, ONLINE DISTRIBUTION, AND CONVERSION OPTIMIZATION, WHILE LEVERAGING DATA AND PARTNERSHIPS TO SCALE REVENUE AND STRENGTHEN INDOSAT'S MARKET LEADERSHIP IN INDONESIA'S DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM.

812 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITHIN INDOSAT OR RELEVANT TELECOMMUNICATIONS/DIGITAL ROLES, WITH STRONG EXPOSURE TO DIGITAL SALES, CUSTOMER ACQUISITION, OR COMMERCIAL OPERATIONSDEMONSTRATED CONTRIBUTION TO SUBSCRIBER GROWTH AND REVENUE PERFORMANCE FOR PREPAID, POSTPAID, AND/OR FWA THROUGH DIGITAL OR ECOMMERCE INITIATIVES
GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF COMMERCIAL KPIS INCLUDING REVENUE, ARPU, CAC, LTV, AND CONVERSION METRICS
STRONG FAMILIARITY WITH INDONESIA'S TELCO MARKET AND CUSTOMER & CONSUMER BEHAVIOR
PROVEN ABILITY TO LEAD TEAMS, INFLUENCE STAKEHOLDERS, AND WORK CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY ACROSS PRODUCT, MARKETING, TECHNOLOGY, AND ANALYTICS
HIGH LEARNING AGILITY WITH THE ABILITY TO SCALE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TAKE ON BROADER LEADERSHIP SCOPE
BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED; RELEVANT CERTIFICATIONS, INTERNAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS, OR AN MBA ARE AN ADVANTAGE
