1. COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS
ANALYZE KEY COMMERCIAL METRICS INCLUDING GV, MARGIN (CM1/CM2), FILL RATE (FR), OUT-OF-STOCK (OOS), AND FORECAST ACCURACY GAPS.
IDENTIFY REVENUE LEAKAGE, MARGIN EROSION, AND LOST GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES ACROSS SKUS AND CATEGORIES.
DEVELOP SKU-LEVEL PRIORITIZATION FRAMEWORKS TO OPTIMIZE ASSORTMENT AND RESOURCE ALLOCATION.
BUILD QUANTITATIVE IMPACT SIMULATIONS AND WHAT-IF MODELS TO SUPPORT COMMERCIAL DECISIONS.
2. QUANTITATIVE STRATEGY & BUSINESS CASE DEVELOPMENT
DEVELOP DATA-DRIVEN BUSINESS CASES (E.G., OPTIMIZING EXISTING SKUS VS. LAUNCHING NEW SKUS).
DESIGN STRUCTURED COMMERCIAL DECISION TREES TO EVALUATE TRADE-OFFS AND SCENARIOS.
CONDUCT SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS FOR PRICING, COST STRUCTURE, AND DEMAND CHANGES.
TRANSLATE COMPLEX AND RAW DATASETS INTO CLEAR, ACTIONABLE BUSINESS INSIGHTS FOR STAKEHOLDERS.
3. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COMMERCIAL IMPACT
PARTNER CLOSELY WITH CATEGORY MANAGEMENT, UPSTREAM & SUPPLY EXPANSION, AND SUPPLY CHAIN & OPERATIONS TEAMS.
ENSURE COMMERCIAL LOGIC AND PROFITABILITY CONSIDERATIONS ARE EMBEDDED IN OPERATIONAL AND SUPPLY DECISIONS.
ALIGN GROWTH INITIATIVES WITH EXECUTION FEASIBILITY AND MARGIN SUSTAINABILITY.
