MANAGE END-TO-END PROJECT DELIVERY FOR IT / APPLICATION / SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS IN BANKING ENVIRONMENT.
LEAD PROJECT PLANNING, EXECUTION, MONITORING, CONTROLLING, AND CLOSING ACTIVITIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH AGREED SCOPE, TIMELINE, AND BUDGET.
ACT AS THE MAIN POINT OF CONTACT BETWEEN BUSINESS USERS, IT TEAMS, VENDORS, AND STAKEHOLDERS.
GATHER, ANALYZE, AND DOCUMENT BUSINESS AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS CLEARLY AND ACCURATELY.
ENSURE PROPER IMPLEMENTATION OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE (SDLC) INCLUDING REQUIREMENT, DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING, UAT, DEPLOYMENT, AND POST GO-LIVE SUPPORT.
COORDINATE WITH DEVELOPMENT, QA, INFRASTRUCTURE, SECURITY, AND OPERATIONS TEAMS TO ENSURE SMOOTH PROJECT DELIVERY.
MONITOR PROJECT PROGRESS, IDENTIFY RISKS AND ISSUES, AND PROVIDE PROACTIVE MITIGATION AND SOLUTION.
ENSURE ALL DELIVERABLES COMPLY WITH BANKING STANDARDS, SECURITY POLICIES, AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS.
COORDINATE WITH VENDORS AND THIRD PARTIES TO ENSURE ALIGNMENT AND TIMELY DELIVERY.
PROVIDE REGULAR STATUS UPDATES AND REPORTING TO MANAGEMENT AND STAKEHOLDERS.
SUPPORT POST-IMPLEMENTATION ACTIVITIES INCLUDING STABILIZATION, KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER, AND DOCUMENTATION HANDOVER.
