RESPONSIBILITIES:
STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- DESIGN & IMPLEMENT TRAINING PROGRAMS
- DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT END-TO-END TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR FRONTLINE CREW ACROSS ALL HKO HUBS.
- COMPETENCY FRAMEWORK & CAREER PROGRESSION
- BUILD AND IMPLEMENT A COMPETENCY MATRIX FOR FRONTLINE ROLES.
- CREATE ASSESSMENT TOOLS TO EVALUATE PERFORMANCE AND READINESS FOR PROMOTION.
- SOP & METHOD MANAGEMENT
- DEVELOP AND MONITOR TRAINING KPIS (E.G., ASSESSMENT SCORES, POST-TRAINING PERFORMANCE, PROBATION PASS RATE).
- HANDLE CHANGE MANAGEMENT WHEN THERE ARE SOP UPDATES FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS (E.G., NPD, PROCESS EXCELLENCE).
- ENSURE METHODS ARE TRAINED AND UNDERSTOOD AT HUB LEVEL.
BAU RESPONSIBILITIES:
- LEAD ONBOARDING, PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, SOP, SAFETY, AND SKILL-BASED TRAINING INITIATIVES.
- COORDINATE WITH R&D, PROCESS EXCELLENCE, AND OPERATIONS TO DELIVER STRUCTURED NPD TRAINING TO ENSURE OPERATIONAL READINESS.
- TRACK PROGRESS AND CONDUCT REGULAR REVIEW CYCLES (E.G., REFRESHER TRAINING, OFFBOARDING SKILL AUDIT).
- MANAGE THE DOCUMENTATION AND DISSEMINATION OF SOPS.
TEAM MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MANAGE AND UPDATE CAREER PATH ROADMAPS FOR MITRA (FRONTLINE CREW).
- PERFORMANCE EVALUATION & MONITORING
EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:
- STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF FRONTLINE OPERATIONS (KITCHEN, PACKING, RECEIVING, QA).
- FAMILIARITY WITH SOP DOCUMENTATION AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT IS A MUST.
